The RVF-52 machines take design standards to new heights. This filling machine provides a higher speed, safety, and productivity while keeping the production efficient and the cost low. The RVF Series is an impressive line that provides precise volumetric filling of viscous and semi-viscous products utilizing our “Time and Flow” metering system. This design incorporates an overhead drive system and powered nozzle height adjustment with job memory.
Synchronized volumetric fillers are considered to be the most accurate of high viscosity filler designs.
