Sealers

Biner Ellison sealers are used for the filling and/or sealing of plastic or metal tubes for the pharmaceutical, food, cosmetic, or chemical industries. Fully automatic models that control the entire process from tube supply, washing, positioning, filling, hot melt, and sealing are available to simple table top sealers.

Tube Sealers

The TFS Series are suitable for filling all kinds of semi-viscous and viscous products into plastic or composite metal tubes. The TFS Series can be used in for pharmaceuticals, food products, cosmetics and chemicals.

Induction Sealers

The AccuSealer induction sealer is the least expensive and most convenient hand-held induction sealer now available in the U.S. Absolutely compatible for use with 3M, Tri-Seal, Top Seal, or even Enercon induction seal foil liners and inserts. Multi-controls allow you to “dial-in” optimal seal timing and heat generated for any seal.

Auto Induction Sealer
The Auto Induction Sealer is a versatile, self contained and compact sealer. A great addition to any packaging line for customers that want that added foil seal on their product.
