Biner Ellison's volumetric rotary filling machines are best suited for filling liquids with low to medium viscosity; with the exception of our rotary fillers which can fill heavy viscosity products. These rotary fillers are highly accurate, very sanitary, and adaptable for molten products, and they can be used to fill light foamy products as well. Volumetric fillers are most ideal for filling light liquid products at higher speeds.

Rotary

The Rotary Timed Flow Volumetric Filling Machines are capable of filling products ranging from water to heavy oils and creams. These filling machines can achieve a maximum fill rate of up to 600 containers per minute.

RVF-40
The RVF-40 Rotary Volumetric Filling Machine uniquely positions the power transmission for the main turret infeed and outfeed star wheel and timing screw on top of the machine. Precise variable speed control, longevity, and increased accuracy is achieved by keeping these important components away from wetted areas.
